The main stay at Sharpened Athletics is the group training. Here we work as a team to get to the end goal. Strength and conditioning involves a wide variety of movements that you’ll be introduced to before each session.
Working at your capabilities is individual for each person, yet the mindset is always the same; work as hard as YOU can to achieve your goals. It doesn’t matter how much you squat, bench, clean, or deadlift, because you’ll get the same level of attention and coaching as everyone else.
